EFLRCC Officers Meeting minutes 1/18/26

  1.  Mike Layman resignation. 

    Not really sure, what happened. He has been removed from the website, the bank account and the paypal account. 

  2. Filling the treasurer’s position. 

    An email was sent out looking for volunteers to fill the position. Rob Leonard has responded to it and is volunteering for the position. If no one else responds, the officers have already unanimously voted to confirm Rob.

  3. New paypal account. We need to open this as soon as possible. Steven has volunteered to set up the new account. 
  4. Doug proposed that new members be given a discount of $25 for the first year. All officers agreed to this proposal. Also agreed to is raising the youth membership to 19 in alignment with AMA guidelines. 
  5. Suggestion was made by Dan and Mike to institute or reinstitute some annual awards for best new member, most helpful member, most improved member etc. Dan suggested proposals be submitted and then voted on at a later date.
