EFLRCC Officers Meeting minutes 12/16/25

  1. January Freeze fly. Jan 1st, alternate day due to weather, Jan. 3Rd
  2. Club meeting on that day, whichever date.  B. Start the event with the pledge and possibly a prayer
  3. Food for the event is going to be chili and possibly hot dogs. Steve is bringing a Keurig for coffee. 
  4. Dan is bringing Chili, Jim bringing French bread and butter. 
  5. Transition from Andreas and Jodi to Dan, Steve and Mike is moving along well. 
  6. Mike will meet with Jodi on Dec 29th to transition the banking processes. He will send out a bank update as soon as possible. B. We will also have another officer’s meeting to discuss. 
  7. Dan will contact Sam with the COE early on to discuss the lease, driveway, lease fee, etc. We should have all officers meet with her. 
  8. Contact with Sam should be limited and not include any club business or gripes. Keep that internal. 
  9. Officers zoom call on the Monday following the club Meeting. Proposed time 5:30
  10. Only club members should be included on any emails concerning club business.
